iPhone 12 Pro to Get up to 6 GB of RAM

On July 10, LoveToDream, a very active leaker on Twitter in recent months, spoke half-heartedly about the specification of the iPhone 12.

According to him, the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, the two most advanced versions, will have 6 GB of RAM. That’s 2 GB of RAM and more compared to the iPhone and iPhone 11 Pro Max last year. It’s the first time Apple has integrated that much RAM into the iPhone. Apple-designed smartphones have long had 3 GB of RAM. This is the case with the iPhone X, which was released in 2017.

The standard iPhone 12 is in turn operated with 4 GB of RAM. That’s more than enough to support the A14 SoC developed by Apple, which, as every year, promises to be faster than chipsets developed by Qualcomm, Huawei, or Samsung. However, adding more RAM should improve iPhone multitasking.

Please note, however, that LoveToDream has made several Apple announcements in recent months. In particular, he predicted the arrival of the iPad Pro 2020 and the new features of macOS Big Sur. Jon Prosser, who released the release date of the iPhone SE 2020, also confirmed love to dream information about iPhone 12 RAM.
