In Huawei’s HMS mobile services, there are a total of 14 core services, of which Huawei Map Kit is one of the nine essential services, which can provide high-precision positioning, navigation, and other map services.
The map on the Huawei AppGallery app store is called Here WeGo. From a brief introduction, the map supports walking, bus, and car route travel suggestions. It also supports taxi calling and other services. There is also an offline map mode that can be used without a network.
The Here WeGo map covers more than 100 countries around the world and can be used in more than 1,300 cities in major countries such as the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia.
In general, Here, WeGo maps are similar to Google Maps in terms of functionality and usage. The supported countries can currently cover most of the needs, and the scope of support will be further improved in the future. This is a long-term operation.
According to Huawei’s news, Huawei’s terminal cloud service now covers more than 170 countries and regions, and its monthly active users also exceed 400 million.
