OPPO Reno 4 Pro Global here is the official design

The phone appears in two standard colors, one white and one black. The biggest difference with the Chinese model is the addition of a 4 camera on the back cover. The details of the lenses on board are unknown, but the main “Camera” is expected to have a resolution of 48 Megapixels.

The 6.55 inch AMOLED punch-hole display (with one hole for the selfie cam) will remain unchanged, keeping the refresh rate at 90 Hz. Reportedly, the biggest change with the Asian edition will be in the choice of the on-board processor. With good probability, we will find the Snapdragon 720G instead of the 765G. Otherwise, the Specs should remain identical: 12 GB RAM memory, 4000 mAh battery, and 65 W SuperVOOC 2.0 charging.

OPPO Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro in China

While we are waiting for the Global variant of the new Reno 4 range, the series was officially presented in China several weeks ago. OPPO presented both the “vanilla” model and the “Pro” model. One of the main differences between the two devices is the size and appearance of the screen. The premium version has a 6.5-inch curved panel, while the basic version has a 6.4-inch flat panel. The weight of both devices is very low; we are talking about 183 and 172 grams (Pro and standard edition).

Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro (china version) enjoy a 5G modem and a Qualcomm mid-range processor, the Snapdragon 765G, the GPU is an Adreno 620. The amount of RAM for the Pro version is 12 GB (combined with 256 GB of internal storage), while that for the vanilla version is 8 GB with 128 or 256 GB of space available to the user. Both have support for the 65 W fast-charge.

Finally, Reno 4 Pro has a 48 Mp main camera with OIS, a 12 Mp wide-angle, a 13 Mp with 5X optical zoom and 12X hybrid. In Reno 4 instead, the OIS is absent, the wide is 8 Megapixels and the third sensor is contextual to the 2 Mp B/W shots.
