Yesterday, On the YouTube Channel of WhatsApp we find a new video showing purchases directly in the chat, to buy one or more products, without even leaving the conversation with a WhatsApp Business account.
The short clip lasts approximately one and a half minutes, and we can understand how this new method of purchase will work:
The user enters the chat with a specific store where they can request the catalog, any information, availability, and order the product by adding it directly. To the virtual cart, all without leaving the app. For payments, however, the video gives no indication.
